Delliscay01

Do you feel like going on a paradisiac private island designed by the world's best architects, where everything is even better than what you can imagine !? And you only have 5 minutes ... Outnext has the perfect location for you.

Delliscay02

The Dellis Cay A 560 acre private island embraced by crystal clear waters, Dellis Cay belongs to the necklace of islands in the Turks and Caicos Islands archipelago. I know it can be a problem if you only have 5 minutes at the office but their website is the best I have seen in a long time, it is by itself an experience that will relax your body and your mind. Some of the following panoramic images can enlarge so do not hesitate to click on them ;-)

Delliscay03b

With the talent of six internationally renowned architects, Shigeru Ban, David Chipperfield, Carl Ettensperger, Zaha Hadid, Kengo Kuma and Piero Lissoni and the award-winning luxury hospitality services of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Dellis Cay introduces the world’s rarest living experience in a limited collection of private villas and residences.

Delliscay04

The unique development is the vision of Dr. Kinay, Chairman and CEO of the prestigious international real estate development group, The O Property Collection.

Delliscay05

Piero Lissoni, has been retained to create a chic, contemporary style with delicacy and luxury. Blending into the local environment, all accommodations will be designed with expansive outdoor terraces and balconies, providing panoramic views of the ocean and beachfront.

Delliscay06

Kengo Kuma, has been chosen to create the 30,000 square foot Spa. He wants to blur the relashionship between what is built and what has always been there.

Shigery Ban will lend his expertise to the design of beach villas and over-the-water villas linked by a discreet deck, and to transform materiality into light and emotion.

Delliscay09

Carl Ettensperger will design a set of the Caribbean’s first over-the-water villas which will follow the natural curves of the shoreline while offering unobstructed views of the Caribbean Ocean. He believes in the power of the human connection to water.

Delliscay10

David Chipperfield will design and develop a natural peninsula on the north shore, where residents will indulge in magnificent views of the glistening water and protected lush mangroves.

Delliscay11

Zaha Hadid (Recipient of the 2004 Pritzker Architecture Prize) has overseen the Dellis Cay Master Plan. It is also planned that Hadid create luxury residences, beachfront villas, a commercial building with restaurants and boutiques, and a marina, where living spaces expand to become one with the landscape, optimizing their beachfront location.

Now go back to work, because darling you have to make some money if you feel like going to Dellis Cay ;-)
